  • Do I need any experience?

    No. Intro (Level 1) & Aerial yoga (beginner friendly) is built for first-timers. We teach technique first, progress gradually, and keep you supported from start to finish.

  • Which class should I choose for my very first visit?

    Book Intro (Level 1) or Aerial yoga (beginner friendly) on the schedule. After 4-5 sessions, you and your teacher will decide if you’re ready to level up.

  • What should I bring/wear?

    Water and long leggings only (no shorts). Practice barefoot or in regular socks. No zippers or any jewelry (esp rings, bracelets, watches), and avoid lotions/perfumes so the fabric stays clean. Bring a hair tie.

  • Am I the “right age/size” for aerial?

    All classes are 18+! OUr equipment and rigging is rated for thousands of pounds of dynamic weight, but we have suggested weight of under 350lbs. there is a certain strength to weight ratio that is needed to perfrom any kind of aerial training.

  • Where do I park?

    Street parking is available directly in front of the studio: 4147 Commerce St, Suite 2, Dallas, TX 75226. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and hammock sizing.

  • what is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time to receive your class credit back (or a refund if requested). Late cancellations and late arrivals are not eligible for a credit or refund—our doors lock 5 minutes after class begins.
